Revolut reaches a $75 billion valuation

Revolut has reached another significant milestone. The neobank is now valued at $75 billion, placing it in a strong position to pursue its ultimate ambition: becoming a “global” bank.

The British fintech has completed a major share sale, allowing employees to sell part of their holdings while setting an extraordinary $75 billion valuation. Revolut is now firmly established as one of the sector’s leading global players.

Revolut’s $75 billion valuation attracts major investors

As part of the fundraising, Revolut also invited investors to participate in the transaction. NVentures, Nvidia’s investment arm, has once again joined the round. Revolut considers this a way to strengthen its partnership with the chip giant, particularly in areas connected with artificial intelligence (AI). Other prominent backers, including Coatue, Greenoaks and Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), also invested.

“The level of investor interest and our new valuation reflect the strength of our business model, which delivers both rapid growth and strong profitability,” said Victor Stinga, the neobank’s chief financial officer.

Outstanding performance and an overt global strategy

This surge is supported by particularly robust figures. In 2024, Revolut reported revenue up 72% to $4 billion. Its pre-tax profit rose by 149%, reaching $1.4 billion. Momentum continued in 2025, with more than 65 million retail customers worldwide, including over 5 million in France. Meanwhile, Revolut Business, its offering for companies, now generates $1 billion in annualised revenue.

International expansion for Revolut

The company is also pursuing ambitious international growth, citing “in particular, the receipt of its final banking authorisation and its imminent launch in Mexico, its banking incorporation licence in Colombia, as well as its forthcoming launch in India” in a press release.

“This milestone reflects the remarkable progress we have made over the past twelve months towards *our vision of building the first truly global bank, serving 100 million customers in 100 countries***,” commented Revolut chief executive Nik Storonsky. The announcement comes just days after the company revealed a key partnership with Booking.com, designed to make travellers’ payment journeys safer, smoother and more rewarding.
